  • Preferred Build Time 
    • ​9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm (please pick 1st and 2nd choice)
    • If we can secure TV early morning live programming would your team be willing to start build at around 3:30am?
  • ​Special Thanks Section (this will appear in small area of structure sign. Please attached team sponsor logos (no more than 4), and/or "Special Thanks" statement.
  • Food Pick-up Information: Contact Person & Mobile number, Pick-up location, Number of Pallets.
  • Mall Waivers (Please have all members of your team, that will be at Canstruction build-out or Canstruction tear-down fill out and sign the waiver from Pioneer Place mall. Bring all forms with your and turn into the event committee. Additional forms will be at the mall when you check-in).

September 11-12, 2025
Oregon Food Bank Food Pickup
This is the week Oregon Food Bank will pick up pallets of food from one location for each team. We recommend ordering your food a minimum of 2-3 weeks ahead of this date.

September 15-28, 2025
canstruction Build-out
You will be assigned a time-slot for your team's build.  See Rules and Regulations for more information.

September 25, 2025
The Can-Cans, Awards Ceremony 
Come celebrate the success of Canstruction, see all the structures, and find out who won which awards for the competition

September 28, 2025
De-canstruction
The cansculptures will be disassembled by the teams and donated to Oregon Food Bank
